I'm not a fan of Kavanaugh's but elections have consequences.

A bigger concern for me is that although I fundamentally agree that women have been mistreated for years, I also feel that we're getting pretty close to a Macarthyist sort of atmosphere in that just the "mere" accusation of sexual misconduct can destroy someone's career and life. That is very, very dangerous.

When McCarthy was a thing, just the accusation that someone 'might' be communist was enough to destroy them.

This can get way, way out of hand.

I don't care what happened. I prefer not having another conservative on the Supreme Court, but he will be on the Supreme Court and it's a done deal. Let's get him in there and move on. We libs lost. Some of libs are still in denial apparently. They are just wasting time.
