Apparently Rivals saw it too, he shot way up in the final rankings to #4 WR and #36 Overall. Not sure what ESPN was looking at with him being the #81 WR and 3*. I think he'll end up being our KR specialist to start off.

RRM3's ball security (not yet anyway) and I certainly don't want to see Scott and/or Feaster injured, as both are coming back from injuries.

Screw Calford.

but you're sold on Powell's ball security and haven't even seen him pressured in a game? Doing it in practice is great, shows potential. Its a different mentality when you implement 80,000 fans, with you or against you. I dont see why its such a necessity to have a great return game anyways. It helps but when you have DW$ running the show the 25 is a good enough starting point. Yes i know that's a dollar sign. I think it fits DW not to mention its the symbol on the 4.

Man, cocaine is a he(( of a drug, isn't it? I don't know what the hades you're talking about.

Bottom line is the coaches are giving Powell a lot of looks on special teams, in particular PR.

Why don't you relay your concerns to Brent and Dabo, since it appears you don't agree with what they're doing?

I will be the first the admit that I didn't know the depth of his talent. My boss has raved about him and I was a little slow getting to the party. I knew he was good, but I didn't think it would manifest this early. His ability is not the question. It's just will he be engaged mentally and so far he seems to be. If he has the mindset of a Hopkins and Watkins, then his mom may never work another day in her life. Next year will be his year to start and shine for us. There's too much established talent in front of him for him to get a top 3 spot, but he will force the coaches to give him a decent amount of playing time because of his performance in practices.

This is a great time to be a Tiger!

This kid has already been through the battle of life and fought against the odds without a biological father in his life for male guidance. And still grind and kept the focus & discipline enough to maintain his academics throughout his high school years and still able to become successful to earn a college scholarship, not to mention at a division one level school. Can relate I had to take the same road or route to earn a football scholarship. My father passed when I was 10. PS:Two Thumbs Ups for (MOM).

This Guy Has It As I Knew It Months Ago ----

Aug 11, 2016, 2:42 PM

I don't know what that it is ...but its tenacious and tough. I said jokingly months ago that Renfrow and maybe Scott was going to get pushed. Now who knows ..Trevion ..Ray Ray..and Deon Cain may hear and feel some breathing on their necks.

There's no such thing as a stupid question, just stupid people who ask questions.

These type of stories never get old or boring to me. I love knowing that a lot of the mothers raising their sons without their father, they just take the bull by the horns and lead them forward until they can make it on their own!!!
