And tribute 
Seriously you guys played a hell of a football game. I thought we would be able to put some points on the borard, but I hadno inkling your offense would play the game they did.
DW4 was phenomenal both with his arm and his feet. Your coaches had a great plan and you guys were very close to taking home the trophy. Watson is the best quarterback we we've played since Cam Newton and Cam Newton did not play nearly as well against us as Watson did. In fact I'm not sure when I've seen a quarterback perform that well against us, certainly hasn't happened in the Saban era.
You guys played a hell of a game, and should be proud of that team in the season they had. You guys have a great opportunity to take it all next year I believe.
We earned one last night.

Thank you! Bama is even more talented than I thought and Coker played a good no turnover game. Play makers across the board for Bama. We sure did want it but Mac being out hurt us bad. That is football tho you can't look back or make excuses we didn't make tackles and Bama made plays. Congrats to both teams. I love my Tigers every single one of em! We will see y'all next year I suppose.

I don't think you've studied their roster. Saban is set until he retires unless he tries to hang on until he's 70 like Mr. Slurrier.

Oh, I know the roster, there is abundant talent.
BUT there has been coaching staff attrition, we have to replace one coordinator and still possibly maybe even 2. We are going to lose a good amount of draft-eligible underclassmen to the NFL, and a fair amount of leadership is going to have to be replaced next year.
We also are going to have a new starting quarterback for the 20th year in a row, just a lot of challenges facing coach Saban next season.

Thank you for the post and congratulations! I was there; talked with some Bama fans; had a great time! In my 50 years, I can recall only a few games that approached the energy as was in that stadium last night - absolutely electric from every perspective! Both teams certainly deserve respect for their efforts! Thanks again for your classy post!

As far as Watson, that may have been the best performance against us since 1969 and Archie Manning. And there is no higher praise. Plus, he was not, as Danielson sez, a "hot" quarterback - I think he was just that #### good.

Heck of a game. I think the playoff committee definitely got it right this year.

Thanks and congrats on the win. Best game I've seen played. This one was on edge, both teams fighting for it. You're team got the few plays that made the difference. Still proud of my Tigers and what they showed on that field. They showed everyone they deserved one of the spots in that game, and gave Bama the matchup of a lifetime. Good luck next year and thanks for being classy...hopefully we'll get a rematch.
