Weird (non Clemson) fact I just found out

In 2003 the Miami Heat retired #23 jersey in honor of Michael Jordan, even though he never even played for the team.

I guess that is why Lebron switched from 23 to 6 when he joined the Heat?

Weird.

They are all in Charlotte tonite for the all star game. Quite a catch for the Queen City.

I have a friend who has a son that works as a designer for a Charlotte based company. He told me this morning that his son was asked to design a new shoe with the Nike logo that would be sold prior to the game today and be tremendously valuable because only a couple of hundred would be made and most will be bought by the NBA players. I’m anxious to see just what they bring on the open market. Thousands they think!

They also retired Dan Marino's jersey. While different sport!
