That's the heart of our team , by the sounds of it Williams will not be much help.
We got to score runs and these 3 have got to come up big or it's going to be a quick postseason.

Yuck for the hot beer!!! But while speaking of beer, have any of you tried those Bud light aluminum bottles of beer. Those aluminum bottles really help in keeping the beer colder for a longer period of time. Plus they have a screw on-off caps that prevent the beer from getting flat so quick. An all around better way for bottling beer!!!

I agree with that. We also need Davidson and Cox to be productive with men on base. Grayson Byrd started hitting the ball better recently. I hope that can continue. Go Tigers

Yeah I can see Rudy having a big weekend.
Davidson has sneaky power and a couple long balls by him would be big.
The biggest thing with all these batters ,it's time to be a little more patience at the plate.
When we have RISP we have got to get them home.

I'd like to see Davidson bunt for hits more often. Seems like the few times he has squared to do so, the pitch is a ball. Patience at the plate has been our recipe for scoring all season long. Lately guys have worked 0-2, 1-2 counts to 3-2, but swing at ball 4 for a K. If we could just lay off ball 4 more often. Some of our guys like the high ones

Agreed. We also need Barnes, Eubanks, and Krall to have solid outings. If 2 of those 3 pitchers struggle it's going to be tough. And we need our hitters, particularly those you listed, to be consistent throughout the game. We can't jump out to a 3 or 4 run lead and expect to hold it the rest of the game. If our most talented guys step up together we can win this regional, and Monte's tenure can take another step forward.

The bottom third has to be able to do something for us,there's no chance we get to Omaha if we have the bases loaded and 1 out and Jordan pops up and Byrd strikes out.They're going to have to hit like D1 baseball players.
