I just posted predicting 42-38 Clemson but does any one have a sneaky suspicion that we might actually beat them handily. I'm starting to think we come out with fire on defense knowing of we win we are in. Kindof like FSU

Not only the players but the coaches as well. It'll be a close game but I just can't envision a loss with a healthy DW. I think it'll probably be 34-28 Tigers.

Our coaches and players have been well prepared in our big games this year. Think the coaches have done an outstanding job of preparation and game planning. DW4 has come out tight a few times, but ####, he is human.
We'll beat the holes, it may be close, if it is close it will only be because of our tired D.

It's the only thing I can think of as the reason for the inexplicable turnovers on offense and busts on defense. Scary to think we're 12-0 and we've only really played one, maybe two complete games.

DW usually starts tight until he runs it a few times. He really likes to run. I know the coaches aren't telling him to run that much. Oh, well. Hope he don't get kilt.

...material out of Chapel Hill. It is coming. The Tigers are "overrated", "haven't played anyone", "overconfident", "looking to the NC game with Alabama", etc, etc.
But there will be some smack talking 'hole that will say what will mean the most, something like, "the Clemson defensive linemen are going to meet a real offensive line this Saturday", or "Watson had better get into his QB slide earlier this week, else he is going to get hurt".
Don't worry...it's coming, and when it does, I'll be faxing the words straight from the Raleigh N&O.

They got Wake and NC St. from the atlantic, and had a joke of an OOC, losing to their only power 5 team, SCar. While NC St. is a good team, and they did blast them early, NC St. made it a game, and VT's defense gave them fits.
They've played no one currently ranked, the most difficult teams being Pitt and NC St.
They're riding high now, and I don't blame them, but they haven't come close to playing the competition we have. Just need to play smarter on defense.
