Pressure on Burrow was soft most of the game

This is why we lost. I figured we would have brought the most pressure this time than any other. I said Spy Burrow repeatedly after Ohio State and that didn't even happen giving Burrow a running lane on top of the time given for passes.

We loss on offense. The D held one of the greatest offenses in history to 42.

They also punted 7 times. Offense gave them too many possessions by sputtering

with guys all over him and in his face. I felt like we dialed up good pressure and had a good push at times. A few plays go our way and its a different game but thats what happens alot of times. Some years you catch the breaks, some you don't.

a few to leave you wondering....What if..

Nolan Turner doesn't drop that pick
Kendrick doesn't tackle the WR on 3rd and 19
Ross blocks that screen pass and Etienne rumbles in for a score
They don't call a PI on the Higgins TD
Lawrence hits Higgins in stride on second possession (??) of game for a TD

Just a few examples of things that sometimes you do and it changes the game and sometimes you dont.

Our defense was doing fine getting pressure until Skalski got ejected. I'm not sure how you spy Burro without taking someone out of coverage or out of a blitz.

Burrow escaped sacks the entire season which is one of the biggest reasons he was so successful...
