Clemson has a Chick-fil-A on campus.

We won't have a coach if Clemson keeps losing quality players, especially legacy students. Our record is not going to improve with continuing losses of our best recruits.

If a kid who averaged eight points a game in her senior year is one of our best recruits, we are already hurting

Smith has lost one or more players to transfer over the last several seasons. Her record thus far is horrid! Next season is a "make or break" campaign which has to show marked improvement or clarification needs to be made by the administration.

I would surely hope that next year is make or break.

All signs point to break at this point.

I'm guessing

some of you watch about 10 minutes of lady tiger basketball per year. Otherwise, you wouldn't be calling our tallest player who was only 5th on the team in rebounding average one of our best players. She wasn't even on the bench with the team the whole last half of the season. She played a good game against USC and was invisible pretty much the rest of the season.
Radakovich has already expressed his thoughts on this past season and if I read him correctly if they get about a dozen wins and 4-5 wins in the conference he will consider that progress as would I. This program has been mismanaged ever since Jim Davis was fired. Only about half of Smith's roster will be ACC calibre players next year but that's about 50% more than any other year in the last 10 years. Next year she will probably have 2 ESPN top 100 players on the team while the best 4 or 5 teams in the conference will start lineups full of Top 100 players.
Smith needs at least 2-3 years to get us back to the middle of the pack in the ACC since we haven't been there in a dozen years. There may be other people that can do it faster but I doubt it and they probably aren't willing to come to Clemson.

I watch even less than 10 minutes of women's basketball

each year. I didn't call her our best player though, so maybe you meant to respond to another poster.
I don't have to watch much women's basketball to know that:
-going winless in the ACC is really bad -winning only four games all year is really bad
Audra Smith seems like a really good person. She has been successful as a player at UVA, and as a coach at previous stops. But something clearly isn't working at Clemson, because in her 3 years she is 26-64 (.289) overall, and 5-42 (.106) in the ACC.
I know that women's basketball has had some challenges at Clemson, just as the men's team has, but at least the men's team is competitive in almost every game. The women's team seems to get blown out regularly. The talent to compete isn't there, much less to win.
I don't know what the answer is, but I have a hard time feeling confident that things will get much better if the current trend continues. I would feel better about it if I knew details about why it has been so difficult to recruit top players and win, especially since it has been done at Clemson before in women's basketball.

If we want to talk about her transferring, do so because she is someone that is newsworthy. Not because of who her father is.
