We kept the volume low, but yes, there was recorded background noise.

They did pipe in crowd noise. I was fortunate to have a big donor let me use his seats and we were about 9 rows up. The crowd noise was annoying. They should def stop. Not necessary and really annoying.
As a side note, I enjoyed the experience. Obv would rather have a full stadium, but I felt very comfortable and safe. Though I’d rather have the “normal” experience, having a light crowd with no one around you almost made it feel like a VIP experience. If you’re on the fence about going to a game, go. I felt as comfortable at the game as I do going to the grocery store or picking up takeout.

I was sitting in the North Upper Deck. Most available seats were used. Hated the piped in artificial noise. Play music over the sound system or let the band play between plays. Just sounded like really bad static!!!!

It's understandable when we're on defense. But they were playing that crap when we had the ball! I mean, it definitely wasn't loud enough to affect communication, but still.
I was in section K, which is very close to the speakers, so it might have just been particularly bad for me.
