Was it me or was that the MOST Boring

Feb 4, 2019, 10:31 AM

Super Bowl Ever. I turned it off halfway in the 3rd Qtr. Then watched the last 6 Min. of the 4th. Didnt watch the Halftime show so cant comment on that, but heard it was dreadful.

Since when has watching something been a requirement

To have a strong opinion on it?

It wasn't you and we pretty much did the same thing only we switched over to Amazon prime to watch a show shortly before half. We couldn't bear it anymore. But the Game of Thrones budlight commercial was pretty good tho

You thought the Super Bowl was boring? Wow this is a pretty original and hot take

Just one persons opinion...

but I though the halftime show absolitely sucked.

At least the performers didn't use the opportunity to get all political.

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

Everything about it

In no particular order, the commercials, the halftime show, and that poor excuse for a game. Both teams, the ad agencies, the so called musicians must have all been "mentally fatigued"...

Both Teams Played Like

Never saw the first play, nor have I watched any replay!

Spent the evening binge watching "Silent Witness" on Amazon Prime with my bride.

By everyone's comments, my time was better spent than yours!!!

The NFL rarely gets my attention.

Safe = Boring

Feb 4, 2019, 1:05 PM

It wasn't exciting like a 48-45 game but it was tense. I thought it was an enjoyable watch overall.

So if you don't ike defense and / or watching a coaches chess match - it would be boring.

The halftime pick was a safe one - but boring.

With few exceptions, the ad agencies played it safe and we were rewarded with boring. But no one wants to offend so they played it safe in general.

However, I thought the Alexa ad and the recurring T Mobile ads (the final one eliciting a room full of laughter across three generations) were great and Super bowl worthy.
