T-Net has addressed the situations in their home countries, something the US created over the last 50 years. I know... irrelevant, right? Sure, the military junta death squads have subsided, but not before the ruling elite had entrenched themselves in the name of 'democracy' with their overlords... the IMF and the World Bank. You come across as an intelligent person. Do a little research.
I personally know two people from the early '80s who escaped that crap. The drug cartels there are most probably still a pay-to-play proposition.

Actually, Costa Rica is a relatively well-to-do country (for Central America) and almost none of the immigrants crossing the border originate from Costa Rica.
The standard of living there is good. One of their national mottos is "Pura Vida" (pure life).
It's a great and beautiful place to visit. The people were nice. (Although, since TheRump took over, no countries really like Americans any more. What a RUMP he is.)
They wouldn't appreciate your plan to drop people from other countries in their country. They have had a problem in the last two years of Venezuelans sneaking in, to get out of the extreme poverty and inflation in Venezuela.
You might be thinking of another country.
When TheRump's Depression starts this fall, and his criminal activity is brought-out, he will be a piece or carp in the US, too.

A bunch of statements taken out of context.....
The liberal media went down there and snapped a bunch of photos and twisted them to make the public believe we were ripping families apart and treating the kids like dogs and you fell for it. Now border patrol agents hands are tied behind their back and smugglers have been emboldened to abduct children and pose as families so congrats for contributing to that.
