Because sometimes "they over-think it"!

They make it rocket-science instead of simple grade school math!

Hyatt kept CU QB's jersey's clean by in large for 4 years. Did nothing but win; this is making me angry typing it

Or maybe he had bad interviews with gm’s and coaches. There are plenty of times in jobs a less qualified person is employed simply because he interviewed better. It’s hard to understand the draft process on why teams pick who they do. I don’t think anyone will ever figure it out, but a lot of solid players come from smaller schools sometime.

especially if you read some of the pre-draft evals of these other players, has problems with this, struggles with that, sometimes doesn't do ...
