Brilliant strategy to use some short punts and "mishits" (wink wink) to draw the return man up and then when we need it, be able to line drive one over his head.

I’m impressed by our punter’s ability to accurately tag in the back one of our guys sprinting downfield. Trevor Lawrence could not have thrown it more accurately than Spiers punted to the gunner. Does that count as a drop in the stat sheet on the part of the gunner?

yes, our special teams coaching is on a whole different level. i liked it when our guy intercepted the punt return. That really caught em off guard . The refs couldnt stop laughing.

catching 35-40 yard line drive punts on a dead sprint for the next 4 weeks.

I'm surprised we haven't had more big returns against us.

we punt from the area around the 50 or opponents 45, Spiers actually tries to drop the point and kick it high or whatever and the ball always ends up around the 20. Just kick it normally as hard as you can! It's probably not going to make it into the EZ for a touchback anyway!
