Ugh my yard is a mess

I’ve been sick for almost a month and on top of that we’ve got a puppy that sneaks stuff out the house into the backyard and he chews it up. Not to mention he’s been digging holes. I’ve got a day full of work but the hardest part is getting started. The dog has made yard work WAY harder. Anyways GO TIGERS!!!

Hope you're finally feeling better.
Did you post a pic of said puppy on TNet Dogshow last night?

I am. I had my blood pressure shoot up through the roof one night and it stayed there. It was like 140-170 over 95-115 over a couple weeks and if I ate ANY sodium at all my heart would start racing about 30 minutes after eating. My heart would also flutter and my arms would feel like that didn’t have good circulation from time to time but the medicine they put me on helped. I’m no doctor but I think eating 2 cups of ramen noodles a day at work in order to save money hurt me and actually cost me money with doctor visits.

That stuff is loaded with sodium. Probably what tipped the condition.

I am embarrassed for you.
Nah the grass is always greener in your neighbors yard. One day Ill hire someone to do my yard. I live in one of those fancy neighborhoods where everyones yard looks great and there are landscsping trucks working up snd down the street.
Then theres my cheap but...plus my dogs run wild too. Plus I dont like anyone. I am that neighbor

You may have grubs infiltrating your grass.

I know the feeling. I just did a couple of hours of yard work, including mowing, weed eating, blowing off the driveway and deck and sweeping the porch, You're right, the hardest part is getting started, but it's not so bad once you do and the effort is kind of rewarding in aesthetics and some cardio. Get the step app on your phone and aim for 10,000+ steps a day. Glad you're feeling better.

Wow! My lawn looks awesome already. I had to briefly remove the "Yard of the Month" sign to finish edging, cutting, blowing everything off, fertilizing, and aerating. I put the sign back up in its' customary location where all the deadbeats that are not retired can see it as they drive to work. None of them realize that I bought that sign myself.

I am sure a lightning bolt would strike immediately as punishment for such a lie.

I have a 2-year-old Cocker Spaniel and if you scold her for digging a hole she will turn and dig another one in front of you and the dirt will cover your shoes.
