Chapel Hill Publishing states that reproduction costs associated with coloring book images cannot be justified or completed in a cost effective manner.
CHP stated that Clowney is disappointed with the decision, but is still thankful that Mrs. Jan from Romper Room did see him thru her magic looking glass on Thursday afternoon.

I get the joke, but coloring book images are just simple black lines. They aren't already printed with the color, you know.
