Agreed.Dabo has no need to do that. No SEC coach will turn another SEC school in for over a decade. Not since ESPN sat them all down and told them to be one big happy "family" for the network's sake. Too much money was involved.

He just joined the ACC network so; forget your coaching black ball! He felt like he was done wrong b/c he did win a bunch of games at jaw ja.
Who cares in the end.
We don't need to negative recruit or do anything dirty to beat a player out from the bulldogs. But, Georgia is a mainstay for where we recruit football players. About the only reason someone could possibly try and reference Clemson. But again, we don't need to stoop to that! 1980 was a long time ago. January was a few months ago. The kids now see the mess Jaw Ja is doing and how the players get in trouble. They also see what is happening at Clemson! And well, "no brainer"!

Who forgot tell UGA that they have not been relevant in forever? Nobody has to turn them in to know they cheat. Just look at the Trans Am parked in Walker's driveway and you know what you need to know.

No one has turned them in for Kirby's first few years.
There is a brand new coach at their in state rival, at Georgia Tech. Georgia Tech is in a different conference, so no SEC brotherhood garbage. Geoff Collins needs to make a name for himself. He has a different offense from PJ and will recruit directly against UGA. Collins has nothing to lose and lots to gain.

I've thought Paul Johnson being a flex bone guy has helped Clemson and Georgia load up on players interested in playing in modern offenses. Or at least, limit the chance of losing a kid who wants to play in Atlanta! GT is in the "ATL" and you have to think a kid that age would much rather play there than Athens! GT has also won a Nat'L Champ since UGA has. They just don't get the talent - I think the offensive philosophy change/coaching staff change will make them more appealing in the coming years! It doesn't explain their defense who only have to defend about 25 plays a game, LOL( time of possession from flex bone) being bad!
I could see what you said being the case! Collins knows he isn't going to run a spread and beat Clemson without the right talent! If he hopes to compete he would have to slow down the # of top recruits that choose Georgia. Him or someone at GT!
