Tulsa puts their senior punter in on 4th and goal

with just under 2 minutes left in the forth quarter to take a knee in their bowl against Central Michigan, due to him not getting in the game any other way and to not run the score up. They never punted the entire game.

That has to be a first time ever scenario.

I may be wrong but when CJ Spiller played in the ACC Championship game against Georgia Tech I don't think either team punted
