94 year old WWII vet. Great man. Caught Covid from his CNA at the nursing home.

It's tearing my wife up that she can't at least see him. We haven't seen him since March.

Hopefully the tough old bird can fight it off but at his age it's not likely.

Wife and I were talking yesterday and I realized my grandaddy Adidas would be 97 if he was still alive. He made it to 85, being a daily smoker from WW2 until the early 90's. Lived with advanced lung cancer for like 15 years. Never complained a bit.

T's and P's for your family. Not being able to see him would be hard to deal with.

Very sad to have made it through war and then to have this crap happen.

BTW my dad was also a WWII vet - Army Air Corps then Air Force.

my wifes grandma shook it at 98. Her doc made her eat oranges all day long and they blasted her with vitamin D.....it worked. never got more than 100 temp. No other symptoms.

he can make it! good vibes!
