for a team that beat a bad FLA team by 5 when the spread was -14.... Seems legit...

Being a 5 point underdog is a slap in the face. I didn't expect it to be this high. I expect it will come down. I was thinking we would be a 2 point dog at most. This has more to do with the past few meetings with them than it does with these two teams THIS year. With all that being said, I like being the underdog...especially when we win.

the bigger home field advantages in CFB are given more than 3 points, probably as much as 4-6.
I still don't know what to make of SC this year. There have been stretches where they've played incredible football, good enough to compete with anyone, and then there are times when they just look inept out there. They've yet to really put together a complete game this season aside from the win @ lame duck Arkansas.
If you look at some of the stretches of football they have played it's astonishing that most of these games have been fairly close finishes.
UNC - 17-0 1st Q
UGA - had a stretch in 2nd Q where they scored 3TDs in 7min
Vandy - 28-0 lead 20min into the game
UCF - 28 unanswered pts in first 20min of 2nd half
Kentucky - 21-0 16min into the game
Arkansas - beat down for 4 Q
Mizzou - 17 straight in 4th Q to tie the game and force OT
Miss St - Had a stretch where they outscored the bulldogs 34-3
They would be scary if they could do that for a full four quarters. On the other hand if they play like they did the rest of the time we could clear the fans out of Billy B in a hurry.

Shocked, it has been 3 or 4 all year but thought it would go down
I think it has to do more with Clemson's schedule this year and nobody outside of our state really knows what we bring to the table
The UGA win was great the FSU win was bad
Everything in the middle was well wins over teams everyone else beat too
USC has the same problem, wins over teams they should have beaten and losses to 2 unranked teams
Who know what will happen on the 30th but vegas is trying to get the Clemson money early then adjust it to get the USC money late and even out. That's their deal how they make money so no need to argue with them, they back it up
