Not if you're Bama! Then you just have to barely balance it on your fingertips for long enough that it looks like you held it for a 1/4 second in slow motion and then you will be confirmed to have CONTROL of the ball and get a TD and fool everybody on Tigernet but me! {sarcasm obviously)

I get it that it's the WRs job to win those battles, but there should be some expectation or even demand for the refs to do their jobs as well. At this point, there's not - absolutely zero accountability.
