I was 12 years old and I found the light. Definitely Tommy Bowden biggest game and his highlight of his coaching career.

You do realize that UT did not want to be there - right? UT thought they were too good to have to play an ACC team in a bowl game as it was beneath them.

Yea, i remembered vividly.
Those were the days I was in my early 20s without a care in the world
That Tennessee game along with Miami in 2005 were the loudest Clemson games I have ever attended!

That was the clash of oranges--Clemson's Vivid Orange vs Tennessee's Mustard Orange (my names).
The better orange won. No question.

Yes, great day and evening. Consumed a lot of adult beverages. Spent all afternoon listening to Vols tell me we came from a basketball conference. Then, listened to them after the game tell us they weren’t into it. I guess it just didn’t mean more that night. Oh,and the blind side sucked.

I was there, and it was fun. We played a great game.
You forgot Duane Coleman though. He set the tone with his pre-game antics.
Otherwise....I refer to that time period of Clemson as "the bad old days".

Then, a few years later, when I watched it again on the Blindside, Clemson lost.
Strange.

Casey Clausen was suppose to be the second coming for the coon dogs, only to run into a cat that was more than ready for a fight.
We did a west coast turn around with a crazy South African driving, made it back from Atlanta in a FTK.

Best tickets ever. Not sure how my Dad pulled those off. We had former players coming up to us and giving us high fives.
