knows not what he says and the hit LB Jesse Hatcher put on him in the 1988 game proves he has not been the same since...(1:41)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNrvU1FaLvI

That's an awesome video! Thanks for the memories.

It was a sweet payback game to the loss in Columbia in '87.

Ray Agnew, the next year, took him out and ruined our chance to humiliate him in Nov. Poor Dickie DeMasi.

Anyone else miss those old style jerseys with sleeves?

I understand why todays jerseys are snugger, but sometimes I just like the old look over function.

Great video.Thanks.
GO TIGERS!!!

I was there. Great payback for the previous year's debacle at the chicken coop. That score on the option pitch right with Jennings blocking epitomizes Clemson football in that era. Great game.

A few month ago, I met Keith Jennings. A great guy.

Were you in Orlando for the citrus bowl vs Oklahoma. In pregame warmups he accidentally nailed the driver of the boomer schooner wagon right between the eyes. They may been a lot of jawing coming from him and the cheerleaders lined up. Priceless moment

Couple of sad things in watching that: there is probably 4 things on every play then that are now penalties and think of how many replay reviews they would want to jam in there on several of those plays. One thing is for sure - Terry Allen was Travis Etienne before Etienne. And QBs today have no idea how good they have it not getting blasted every play.

Yes I am and let me say I'm hoping to see a Win this time around from the Tigers because the last 4 times a Clemson team has come down to Conway to play the Chanticleers it has resulted in a 0-3-1 record(2 losses in Baseball,1 loss in Men's Basketball and a tie in Men's Soccer). The last time the Tigers won down here was back in 2007 when Jack Leggett's team won the Myrtle Beach Regional beating Coastal Carolina 2 times(St.Johns was the other win).Tired of seeing Clemson lose to those fairy tale roosters,in other words I'm so ready for a dominating Win.

Late hit out of bounds by No. 36 on Allen***

They didn't call stuff like that as stringently as they do today. But that one was egregious.
