First off, two different sports.
Secondly, no one expects us to win every game, but after 10 seasons Brad has 3 trips to the NCAA's.
Monte, now in his 4th season has made a regional every year.
And since the argument can be made that a coach needs 5 seasons to build his program, Brad has had twice as long.

A freshmen laden team that so far has probably overachieved compared to a senior laden team that most think underachieved. One trending up and the other down. If you can figure out which is which, then maybe they are not that similar.
