I think we would find room to take both
However, the staff also wants to sign 3 DBs and 3 O-Line as well, so maybe not
I think we won't take another WR unless Ross wants to come on board

I think its more that he isn't as high on Clemson's board as some other recruits out there Clemson is in the mix for. Clemson already has 4 DL commits with Thomas, Mascoll, Belk and Jefferies so Clemson is in the position that they can be picky and set their sights on a select few and go All-In on them. Also Wynn had the opportunity to commit to Clemson early in the process when Clemson was recruiting him relatively heavy but when you want to play the game and Clemson gets 4 highly touted guys already in the mix then you pretty much made their decision for them to go after guys they view more favorably.
