Yes it is fair. It is a very obvious answer. I'm sorry but some dig deep and have for years. Now notice this, and some will not, not everything about it is fair but overall it is fair. I'll explain, when a fan calls in and wants to be a Heisman donor is it fair that it might mean moving that guy who has put in $500 a month for 20 years? I don't think so. But with the cost of coaches and facilities rising like they are cash is king so if you want to compete it's the necessary evil I guess. At least that is what I'm told.

I never attended , but I have been an IPTAY member since 2004 , and now that one of my chillrens is a sophomore at Clemson they're getting bucketfuls of my money .
Clemson University receives so much of my finances that I shoulda at least gotten a corner piece of that honorary degree they gave Trump . Way I feel about it .

Exactly, especially when an honorary degree mostly means that you're being recognized as important for what you have meant to a university. And with that I ask, what has Trump done for Clemson that ranks above what you have done for years!!! As I will always say, the rich don't know one name of all the people that has made them rich unless, they are one of the board of trustee members. And wouldn't you know it, all of those people are rich also

Memberships represent more than 1 graduate as well as many potential future students. If each membership accounts for an average of 4 then that's all the season tix right there

his logic isn't extremely flawed. I know quite a few like yourself. It doesn't matter whether you're a grad or not if you are committed to Clemson. The benefits associated with IPTAY through financial contributions and years of service don't care if you are a grad or not- nor should they. Just like nobody else should care so not sure what point is trying to be made

Exactly. My family has 4 and all are Clemson grads (was only the 2 of us when we first joined) on 1 IPTAY membership.
That said, I certainly appreciate the non-graduate IPTAY (and Clemson Fund) members. Clemson is a family and for various reasons some members of our family were never able to attend Clemson.

Of the 14,600 IPTAY graduates, how much of the money do they make up? I would be willing to say they make up at least 80% of IPTAY funds. Also I have no perspective on how many IPTAY non-alums we have

IF those other 125,400 high roller grads join and start pouring big money into IPTAY, pretty soon my seats will go from the upper deck to the tailgate of my truck, listening to games on my transistor radio while parked on the side of Cherry Road (PAST the golf course)!

Another question that could muddy the waters... I am an alum but I pool my money in with another long time IPTAYer (uncle) to buy four seats per year. My money includes IPTAY cost for the memeber. I’m I included in that number? Am I even a fan since my name is not on the envelope? I have great seats but I am leaching off of others...
