VT & UVA

The fans up here are pissed about the ties they have to UVA. How the state senate and governor mandated that VT be allowed to join the ACC. Now it seems they are left out in the cold. Unless both schools jump to the same conf.

The General Assembly did nothing to help VT get in the ACC. It was all done with the former Governor putting pressure on UVA President. The Governor is no longer in office and VT and UVA are NOT tied at the hip politically. If the ACC implodes, neither VT nor UVA are obligated to go down with the ship if the other gets stranded in the ACC.
