We are absolutely loaded with elite talent. There will never be another 2016 Clemson football team, but the future looks golden. It's now up to the coaches to scheme for the strengths of the newcomers.

Bama should have stayed for the 4th quarter. It looked like they left. Didn't CLEMSON score something like 21 points on a weak Bama D in the 4th quarter alone? That's sick.

I like the "they only have to beat FSU and Lousiville" to stay on top.

Same could be same with Bama in the SEC. "they only have to beat LSU and (fill in blank)" Ole Miss is their kryptonite (see active QB with talented WRs. Still don't understand why the SEC continues to build pro style offenses to compete with Bama. Not going to work).

I'd rather play Bama's schedule than ours.

Clemson very closely. All you ave to do is look at the facilities, recruiting, and coaching, to realize that Clemson will be a top 5 program in the nation over the next decade, and will be in the playoff probably at least 5 times over that 10 years.

Compared to our in state "rivals" these folks are pretty realistic and rational. In general they are complimentary of Dabo and what's going on at Clemson. I didn't pick up a single hint of whine or sour grapes.

I agree. It's obvious that they aren't following us that closely (not knocking that.... cause they aren't clemson fans)

I do think the next 2-3 years has the potential to cement Clemson and Dabo at the top of the college football world in terms of a program. The big question is QB and though we have huge talent at the position it will need to materialize on the field.

If we get high level play at QB we will be right back in it again and will show it's not a player....but a program.
