Basically said Tabacco Road had to carry the ACC in the bowl season this year.

Naturally I asked him about the State NC appearances. He said "Oh, they're coming!"

They are North Carolina’s version of Coots in almost every way. Always talking but never backing it up. Underachievers. Crappy fans. Fairgrounds. The list goes on and on.
