Military leadership is supposedly apolitical but tends to lean conservative. Their recent statement are both newsworthy and somewhat remarkable. IMO significant & all Americans should take note.

it was a bridge too far when trump suggested we send in the military to engage its own citizens. It flies in the face of everything they stand for and the oath they they take to defend this country.

Lincoln amended and invoked the act to give him the legal basis to send troops without governors approval. Just saying been used quite a lot. You would think Trump wrote the act.

the protesters should stop the looting and property damage, then they would not need the police/national guard
the actual protesters should recognize their movement is being damaged by those folks
