I haven't heard that Carlsbad but, I have heard that TL said that he hates being called "Sunshine", and I'm just wondering why would our fans continue using that when they know that he really doesn't like it. That is like someone calling them shiot face when they knew that they didn't like it. It shows a continued disrespect without concern of that person NOT liking it. No pun intended where you are concerned what so ever, just saying that I still see where people will continue calling him sunshine!!!:(

coot name Sunshine, he can fix the problem by getting a haircut. Or at least get people to call him by a cooler name, like Fabio.

Don't see how getting a haircut would help the matter...didn't "Sunshine" cut his hair in the movie?

Re: Look man. I'm just saying that if doesn't like that

Posted: Jan 24, 2018 6:24 PM

This is not a movie. This day and age we (at least half-way enlightened people) don't condemn people based on their hairstyle. I hope TL maintains his hairstyle, and hums that seed like he's always has.
You probably wouldn't like my hairstyle, Long! You know, TS!!

Yes the original "sunshine" is Ron Bass, a gamecock qb.

It shouldn't.

His personal choice of how he likes his hair don't bother me at all. As a man that has been mostly bald since I was about 25, with my hair about completely gone at 65, and now with what little I do have is solid white, I would love to have a full head of hair like Trevor Lawrence's. I would take in a heart beat. But still, if his long hair is the only thing we can complain about, I would say that worrying and complaining about the length of his hair that is his personal choice, is a totally waste of an emotion. That isn't any different than me liking solid color shirts, and complaining about others that like Plaid shirts. IMO, it's looking for something to complain about when it's not our choice!!!

#### yes. Mine's not long enough to wear in a pigtail, but drooping towards my shoulder, Are you really a Clemson fan??" You are sitting there criticizing our number one recruit in the nation because of his hairstyle? Hello? You have to be the ultimate Troglydyte, or a Carolina fan. His hair length is of no one’s concern but his own. I don’t care if he wraps it around his waist if he can win ballgames. Seems awful petty for that to be something you focus on and critique one of OUR players for

I do hope that KB will play another position bc he is a great guy. I hope that he heard the promise that Dabo made at the BB game that we would play for another NC soon, and he takes it serious. For us to win another NC soon, it won't be with KB lined up behind center, it will be with one of the 3 youngest QBs we have on roster!!! KB as a RB or a DB would be one of the best choices for him. And if he makes that choice starting spring practice, with the athlete that he is, maybe he could make an impression on a team at the NFL level!!!

What a great kid. I'm not sure, but heard that he was the best spot-on passer on the team. He's had medical problems, and isn't that tall. Remember Doug Flutie!! I wish this guy the very best. He certainly deserves it. Hope he ends up in the NFL. God bless.

Best passing percentage on the team. Wow, if we can lose guys like this, I guess we are loaded. But then, we are. TL will be the greatest QB to ever play at Clemson.

The writing has been on the wall so long I thought they painted over it.

I would love to see him play somewhere, I think they couldn't get past his height. He had the best spring of any of them last year.

Wasn't it said at one time that he was the most accurate QB that we had, and that his biggest issue was his height. Regardless of where he ends up, (except the coots) and I wish him the greatest success in what ever he chooses to do in life. He is a smart kid, so seeing him back in Tiger Town or at Clemson at some level would be a welcome sight and a gift for whatever that could be!!!

He was by far the most knowledgable QB of the system on the team and he performed far and away the best in the spring. There is absolutely no excuse for Tucker not getting one single snap this season regardless of health.

I'm happy now . . .

Posted: Jan 22, 2018 6:30 PM

We have 3 QBs that could potentially lead us. You don't need more than that.

Re: I look forward to following his next stop.

On the flip-side because he didn’t he will get a medical redshirt and 6th year of eligibility. Pretty good trade for playing 5 snaps against The Citadel

Dang, this kinda sucks. Hope Tucker finds a place just as good as Clemson. He was a good kid that got struck with the unlucky bug. This was the one QB I didn't expect to transfer. He will forever be a Clemson guy though. Good luck Tucker!

maybe even lower tier P5 potential. USF could be an option. honestly, Nebraska might as well. he really reminds me of McKenzie Milton and Frost may take a shot with him. he'll likely prefer moving close to home

Wishing him well.
I must admit , I always questioned us offering him considering that the Zone Read and the QB runs are such a big part of our offense. He probably slings it better than most QB's, but at the end of the day, when you're trying to control the clock and grind out first downs, it's hard not to have a 6'3 or 6'4 , 220 lb guy back there. Hopefully, he'll find a spot he can show off his skills.

6'3" 6'4" 220....
We did ok with Tahj and Deshon neither were that tall... may have been 220 their last year...

Re: TNET: Clemson QB announces transfer

All I can say is ..... I hope he doesn’t transfer to a team that we will play! That is the best compliment that I can pay him right now. Unfortunately, TI wasn’t 6’ 4” and 235 or he would have been our qb this year. A much better player than some of you think.

Re: TNET: Clemson QB announces transfer

[1]

TI was the best pass pocket passer on this team last season. It’s a shame he was only 5’10.

I'll be a new fan of whatever school he winds up going to.

Would love to see him go to Arky. This could be a great decision for TI! It’s also one less guy to feel sorry for if Lawrence does come in and shows he deserves the job.

Honestly, his situation is the most disappointing I can recollect in recent Tiger history. Great athlete, great potential, but life wouldn't get out of his way so he could have a real chance. Seems like a smart kid though, so I don't don't think we're seeing the last of him on a football field.

Tucker, you've always been an "all in" Tiger. Best wishes for your future. As for Trevor's hair and "nickname"--just leave the guy alone. He doesn't need to start his time here as the object of fans' jokes! Let's just welcome him and focus on his incredible talents--not on his hair or a nickname that he hates. He is Trevor--period. How about we back off and welcome him home.
