The way to remove doubts about officiating, balance playoff

Conferences have an incentive to ensure a team is in the playoff.
Miles from LSU was the latest to question a key call in a game.
It won't go away until each conference is guaranteed a spot in the playoff.

So, go to 8 teams. 1 for each Power 5 champ, 1 for best non-power 5 team, 2 at-large.

It would really change the complexion.

allowing for every team to play one another. I do not think that a team like TCU should be ranked higher than the same record (8-1) Baylor team that beat them.

How about all officials agree to have their finances, internet and cellular data access monitored by a private security firm to prevent gambling? These guys are not risking their jobs and reputations because they are homers for one team/conference or another.
