The court is not going to grant Flynn's motion to dismiss

Jun 13, 2020, 5:33 PM

What a scam. Flynn admitted, under oath, and was questioned by a Federal Judge on 3 separate occasions that he had lied to federal investigators of his conversation with the Russian Ambassador, 1. Asking the Russians delay the UN vote on Israel's settlements, and 2 Lied to the administration, McGahn, Pence, and the Transition team about Russian's reaction to sanctions imposed by the Obama Administration in response clear evidence of Russian interference in the 2016 election.

In fact, it was Don McGahn, the White House Council and Reince Priebus the Chief of Staff that recommended to Trump that Flynn had to be fired. And Trump did exactly that, he demanded Flynn's resignation.

Now, a 2nd Federal Judge, appointed by Sullivan was asked to review the Prosecutions desire to drop charges against Flynn. The Amicus Judge recommends that charges NOT be dropped because a crime has been committed, the Defendant confessed to said crimes and he should be sentenced for those crimes. The judge found that Flynn cannot be released from his confessions solely on the grounds that he is Crony of Trump's. Flynn's going to jail, or Trump will pardon him. It's pure cronyism.

"Both grounds for denying leave of court under Rule 48(a) are present in this case. The
reasons offered by the Government are so irregular, and so obviously pretextual, that they are
deficient. Moreover, the facts surrounding the filing of the Government’s motion constitute clear
evidence of gross prosecutorial abuse. They reveal an unconvincing effort to disguise as
legitimate a decision to dismiss that is based solely on the fact that Flynn is a political ally of
President Trump"

This is the Federal Judge's report, it is a fascinating read. If you want to know the real truth about Flynn, rather than Hannity's version-read this report.
