The burden is on the accused.

That's what's being shoved up our ###. Doesn't work that way. If Ford has something, she has an opportunity to come forward. But an allegation with no specifics isn't going to fly. Same goes for Russian Collusion: no evidence = no case. Shut this #### down.

Not at all. There weren't 4 deaths here.

So the burden is on the accused with 4 deaths?

but not rape? What about 4 rapes? Is the burden then on the accused? What about 2 rapes and 2 deaths?
What if the deaths happened, and THEN the accused just said something that might not be true about WHY they happened? Oh wait, that's still on the accused.
So I guess all we know now is that at least in cases of rape, it's on the accuser, but in cases of 4 deaths it's on the accused.
This system seems very specific. You have a lot of work to do writing down all the rules for all the different possible cases.
I mean, what about jaywalking?
What about 6 rapes and 1 death? How many rapes equal a death in your system of justice?

Sorry, attempted rape...

I'm assuming this lowers the ratio. I would guess more attempted rapes per murder, but Joistman will have to clarify.

That attitude is BS. She has made a claim; the appropriate law enforcement body should investigate. If she can’t provide crap for evidence or they find none then the investigation will be short and nothing will come of it except her looking bad. If something is there then it should be looked into.
Now if they investigate and find it was made up as a political stunt then there should be punishment for that as well.

The FBI investigates actual crimes, not "she-said" heresay and innuendo.

Well, we've got proof that
Michael Flynn, Rich Gates, Paul Manafort, George Popodopolis and Michael Cohen have all committed crimes... but that doesn't seem to matter to you.
Not to mention the 7 congressional investigations that showed Hilldawg didn't do anything wrong...but still you chant 'lock her up'?
Don't pretend to care about the rule of law at this stage of the game, you've already shown your hand.

Lol those people went through due process and were tried in a court of law. And you think this Kavanaugh political charade is some sort of actual judicial process hahaha. Ford didn't tell anybody about what happened WHEN it happened, she doesn't know where she was, she doesn't know exactly when (other than 36 yrs ago). So what's the FBI supposed to investigate? They only handle federal crimes anyway so, as much as you'd like to believe it, they're not getting involved. The left doesn't give a #### about women dude, they just use them for power and control, just like they're doing now.
