The ACC looks to be god-awful this year. Well, as long as we

win that is all that really matters as far as the conference is concerned.

We can stand on our own merit

But might not overcome any losses. Anyway, hopefully some ACC teams step it up throughout the season.

BC looked pretty good

I know their opponent was sub-par, but still it was a bit impressive.

FSU and Va Tech are next up on stage. One or both may be a back half of a top 25 team.

Miami looked terrible to be honest. Not biting into LSU being a great team, unless Ed Orgeron came upon some epiphany in the off-season.

Louisville. Well we are stuck in open water and sinking with Bob at the helm.

Boston College and Georgia Tech will be ok.

But, yea, it’s you guys and really nobody else if we are being honest.

UVa: I know they have been pretty bad lately, but they put it to Richmond, who has been good in the recent past. Was that a decent win?

NCSU: JMU is ine of the last teams I'd want to open against. State may be decent this year.

UNC: They appear to suck again. Maybe when those bozos get off suspension they will be better.

it’s not a good look. We lose a game we could be out

Sep 3, 2018, 10:25 AM

because of conference perception and ACC hasn’t been left out yet

Luckily we will get the Bama treatment. Clemson is now an elite brand and we won’t be left as a 1 loss conference chapmion.

Plus the Pac-12 is equally as bad and Washington with 1 loss won’t get in ahead of us. That leaves us, along with Oklahoma, Bama, and the B1G as spots to get in.
