He's talking about the white helmet with the orange tiger paw that's been floating around for a couple of years. He's one of the "don't touch the helmet!!!" people.

couple of days back and it looked like crap. Our helmet and Paw are fine. And yes, I'm one of the "don't touch the helmet" people. This football program is on the verge of really taking off and there's only one thing everyone should be seeing.... Clemson orange helmet with a white Tiger Paw.

What's wrong with an orange paw? As long as its the paw right? Almost every other paw you see is orange why not on the helmet. I'm not saying change it, I just don't get where you "don't touch the helmet!!!" people are coming from.

alternate. Obviously the Paw helmet should always be our main helmet. Shouldn't be just any helmet though and I haven't seen one yet that I like. I'm kind of leaning towards maybe a throwback helmet as an alternate if we had one. Maybe something like this if we wore a purple jersey:

I like the paw as much as anyone else but see anything wrong with switching things up occasionally. The throwback helmet looks pretty cool.
