It's that "street" thing between the West Endzone parking lot and the big lot on the hill (no idea what that one is called, ain't that sad?)

My pass has a numbered spot. I did a little horse trading and ended up with it.

On another note....The Iptay Parking Map is upside down and backwards. North is South and East is West. Very weird.
