Oculuses

Instead of worrying about our men's basketball program, I have been worrying about the possibility of our building another oculus. If we had an octopus and added another, we would have two octopi. If we added another Oculus would we have two oculi or would we have two oculuses?
I checked with Mr. Webster and he says we would have two oculi. Thank goodness, that's one less worry for me.

I am gonna be "that guy". The plural for octopus is, indeed, octopuses (greek, not latin). That being said, your point is well received. We have a lot of things to fret about, like whether or not TL has the right hair care products, ETN can get enough cajun food and if Christian Wilkins will ever come out of his shell. "Oculi" it is!

There is one Oculus...DO NOT touch it...modify it...leave it and its' 'magic' alone! It's the modern day 'Sword in the Stone', Clemson's 'Holy Grail'! Leave well enough alone and enjoy the rewards! 'Pi' or 'Li'...it doesn't matter! Accept what is...and smile!

both are male or one is male and the other female. But if we end up with two that are female, they would be "oculae". Have you checked the sex of the one we already have? You really should do that.

The one we now have is neutered so apparently we will never have two oculi. That's another check mark on the "not to worry" list.
