Watson did not get touched on the play that he injuresd

Nov 16, 2014, 11:10 AM

his knee. Why are people on here complaining about running the qb. That injury could have happened in warmups. Just plain bad luck. Running the qb is a part of the game for just about every team now. After going back and rewatching the point up until Watson got injured, I have no doubt we would have won that game. THe defense was playing great. They gave up only 3 first half points to GT. The offense was already with their second first and ten inside the 10 and 15 yard lines.

hmm, maybe he was so worried about which hand to carry the ball with, he forgot about his knee. This one is clearly on our staff.

Yeah, why would run your offense with starter back in the game after a full week of practicing it with the 1st team? Every OC in the country would have known the turf was going to rip up the QBs knee. We should've started the Backup and let his knee get torn and save DW for the fill in duty role. Fire Morris!!! :)

Not every team does though....no good QB wants to be a
