I really hate saying anything but, don't let that dude touch it again, and try to get it fixed. A good Free Hand Tat artist would most likely be able to fix that, but it's going to cost you, but, Tats are usually forever bc it cost as much or more to get them removed!!! Oh and get it fixed while that is still fresh, and don't allow it to be in the sun until fixed!!!
