CLEMSON PLAYED AWESOME

Jun 2, 2012, 11:34 PM

We may have not have won it , but the players gave it their all, they showed no quit in them, they gave it all they had, but just came up short in the end. btw I wonder hm ray tanner was paying those refs?

I thought we had a true baseball fan here until I read...

your entire post. Sorry sore loser.

btw I wonder hm ray tanner was paying those refs?

Is that supposed to be true or an attempt at humor? Its not funny and it takes away from an outstanding college baseball game, possibly the best one this year.

i think you took it a bit too personally...

All the close and very important calls went to little uscjr's way. There were multiple close calls. I lost all, or at least most, of them.

Close doesn't count except in horseshoes....

hand grenades, and atomic bombs.

Thats all you can ask...

Jun 3, 2012, 12:44 AM

All I ask for is 100% and the reason for that is not a losers mentality. Its BC that's all that each individual player can control.

They can't control the calls by the umps, bad bounces, or coaching decisions...what they can control is whether they want to go on the field and leave it win/lose/draw and say "I did everything I could to give my team a chance to win".

I believe we left the field tonight saying we gave it all and caught some bad breaks

The team played their hearts out! It could have been anyone's game.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Wow! Pathetic how many people celebrate moral victories.

Jun 3, 2012, 6:47 AM

Look in the mirror TNET pumpers and kool aid drinkers. Make no mistake. Your apathy, your "shut up, show up, donate no matter what" mentality. Your "fans have no right no complain" mentality. Your "real fans go to every game even when we are losing and never complain or question coaches" mentality is the primary reason we have sucked the past 20 years!! If consumers never complain and buy crappy cheap defective over priced products, then there is no incentive for the manufacturer to improve the product. Accepting the status quo never solved anything, nor improved anything.

I have to agree Clemson played awesome BUT Ray Tanner doesn't pay ANYONE. That is the most honest no-nonsense coach in America. No one should doubt the character of that man.

Pathetic post of the day. Begins with thinking that you can

Jun 3, 2012, 10:35 AM

play awesome and LOSE. And the post ends with claiming one side paid off the refs.
