is better than the tall stand-in-the pocket similar QB that beat us 1st year of CFP.


Saying..he’s the real deal and Bama is looking just as good as our Tigers, so don’t grumble if they slide up totally to #1 in polls.

Our Miami game will be a better clue of our excellence.

That tall Bama QB has a great arm, granted.

He's also a statue in the pocket and you need a sundial to time him in the 40. He isn't mobile at all and can't extend plays at all, and nobody will remotely confuse him with Tom Brady in terms of quick release.

Bama can only go so far with him as QB, and Saban and Sarkisian certainly know it. Look for them to try to work that prize freshman of theirs in probably by midseason if he's got the chops at all.
