What you are really saying is, with Fla starting QB, DE, and Jarrad Davis, Cam Dillard and Alex Anzaolone all out, that the coots may have a chance to get a win. That way they get #2 to finish the regular season and #1 stomps what is left of them into the ground. They have been dying to play in an SEC championship and to watch them go with this grade of Talent would be quite entertaining.

usuc has a QB that can't buy a milkshake without an id card.He could still be playing
in High School this year.He has played against 2 teams that are mediocre (like usuc)
at best.Fla will win with defense.They will beat WC and then the he will meet a team
that will turn his uni green.Especially the back of it.

defense to shut down the coots. Bentley has been decent against inferior teams at home, but he hasn't faced a decent team yet, especially on the road. He will be on his back a lot this weekend.

That's because Missouri has a top 25 offense. Their offense is only averaging a yard less per game than Clemson's.

Was that really the point you were trying to make? I've read some of your stuff before, and always think it's funny that you come to a Clemson site, but I think you are logical sometimes. But is that really what you were trying to say? I hope I never know what it's like for another in state team to be nationally relevant and a consistent top 4 team, I know it has to sick but wake up.
I was going to say "rival" instead of "in-state", but thankfully we have that team in Tallahassee to give us a big rivalry game every year and they have been relevant

while Clemson's is currently the 4th in the nation (down three spots from No. 1).
Wild speculation I know, but I suspect that has a little something to do with their offensive production.
Unless you're South Carolina, it ain't too hard to put up some gaudy offensive stats against a schedule that would be comparable to a high school JV team.

in FEI, two metrics that actually adjust for opponents. They racked up all of their offensive stats against Eastern Michigan (61 pts), Delaware State (79), and Middle Tennessee (45). Against P5 teams they have scored 11 on WVU, 27 on UGA, 7 on LSU, 14 on Florida, 21 on Kentucky, and 21 against SC (all losses).
That's, ummm, not good. But sure, top 25 offense!

improvement, this would be about a 20 point spread. It's 11 to 12 right now so that's already an 8 to 9 point compensation. I can see SC covering because Florida's offense sucks, but i could also see Florida's defense completely shutting down Bentley and making him look like FR too.
I think the real question is how much longer Florida's defense can keep their edge with such a sh*tty offense. That's tough on morale. Not to mention the extra time spent out on the field because your offense can't do anything with the ball.
