I agree. Toe tapped in. Regardless of ball control, the ball never hit the ground.

Ball control counts though it wasn't the reason they called it incomplete on the field.

I have never understood why ground can't cause a fumble

on a run, but if a receiver has complete control before hitting the ground, but the ground causes a very slight bobble, it's not a catch Makes no sense to me!
