Not really...
UGA has like 85 seniors....it helps when 90% of your juniors aren’t good enough to make it into the league unlike our Juniors.

That has a lot to do with playing a lameasz early schedule.

Who had ND beaten, USC? USC has been ranked preseason top ten for years now and always end up unranked. Who has UGA beaten, ND? lol

I don't even like either team, but ND has beaten 3 teams currently ranked in the CFP top 25, and their only loss was by 1 point to the team ranked #1. Not only that, but they have won all of those games in impressive ways. They beat USC by 35, Michigan State by 20, and NC State by 21. Not sure what else they would need to do in order to have an impressive looking resume. Georgia has wins over two teams currently ranked, but the most impressive thing is they have completely dominated everyone in their path outside of the ND game which was close. Outside of ND, they have beaten every other team by at least 21 points.

Joining the ACC conference and making themselves eligible for conference championship play would certainly help them. Once December rolls around, they’re always outside with their NBC sweatshirts on saying, “remember us?”

our wins. The only team that hasn’t lost since we played them is VaTech.
Ville isn’t even in Top 25 and Auburn lost to a team that got beat by Troy.
ND deserves to be where they are at the moment.

ND will have to play one less game than every other team – If they were to get in the playoffs. Will the committee consider that?

Yes, and it will hurt ND, IMO. Some say that will force ND into a conference. Who knows. The networks sure do love them some ND. They have such a following, and ratings are through the roof when they are a factor (a real factor).

2016 Ohio St only played 12 regular season games and got in over their conference champ Penn St who played 13 games. Not sure what the committee will do this year, but just throwing this out there as well.I'd say ND wins out they are in.

The committee won't make that mistake twice.

The CFPC made this mistake last year and tOSU got blown out in the semi. Just like the Heisman committee they took a lot of heat for obvious errors. Even the Big 12 now has a CCG. The Big 12 realized that not having a CCG was costing them.
If the CFPC put more emphasis on total number of wins (ND being one short) and added points for each team winning their CCG then I'm pretty certain that would force ND CFB to join a conference.

I’m still shocked that the #9 & #10 are (undefeated) teams were surpassed by SIX 1-loss teams.
I remember when all people talked about was that 0 at the end of a record, way before “body of work”, “resume”, “FPI”, “SOS”, or anything else.
