4-4 with our schedule to start league play would have been good 3-5 I don’t think will be enough. Need to win some big games the rest of the way.

Maybe not, missing free throws right at the end by the best FT shooter we have, and then we got beat by an almost half court buzzer beater shot!!! If they hold their nuts on us for that game, well that would mean to me that they were looking for a reason not to let us in!!!

True ... there’s lots of ball left, but it’s hard to argue that letting that game slip away isn’t a big deal.
Games like that can and often do make the difference when you’re on the bubble.

But now we’ve won 2....
I still think 10-8 in Conference is the target.
9-9 is too iffy. So that means 7-3 the rest of the way. There are some very winnable games left.
But we will have to find a way in one of the big games (VT, @Louisville, FSU, UNC, Syracuse) to win a couple of significant games. 4 of those are at home, so I like our chances.
Tough road game @GT this week...will not be easy.

Just have to win games we should and get a big one or two at home.
Schedule gives good opportunity to rack up wins and confidence from here on out...perhaps putting us in a place to get the big wins down the stretch.
