Really shocked that he hasn’t made his way to the court here. He may be one of the best dual sport athletes we have ever signed. He would be an impact player on our hoops team.

Actually Diondre Overton was a better HS basketball player than Tee. He was a high 3 star by most recruiting services.

Then get him out there too! However Tee was offered my Louisville and Tenn in hoops. The guy is a baller.

Yea I did see that when he was a recruit I would think It's very hard for a kid in college to play football and basketball due to football not ending til Jan, and bball season starting in Nov as well as it goes into spring practice time. I remember when Nuk did that and played bball for a season and never really got to see the court. They just aren't able to preseason practice with the team and come in half way through the season. Making it difficult to mesh with the team, learn the plays/concepts, and stuff like that. It just doesn't work well playing football and trying to play basketball. Not saying it can't be done but I doubt Dabo wants his 5 star wr taking time from football for basketball just my opinion. Also heck of a work load for a player to play both football and basketball with seasons overlapping.

I am sure he is a terrific athlete but I haven’t seen him play like they say he can in a football game yet. Still waiting before he gets my praise. So far he just looks average.

Just watch him play, and if you discredit the Citadel game

then quite simply you're not giving all the credit that is due.
While he had an amazing game against the Citadel, a much inferior opponent, the one handed catch, tip toe down the sideline TD he caught was a great play against any team that not many guys can make.
Not to mention the pure speed he showed throughout the season with his big frame.
FWIW, he had more yards than Mike Williams did his freshman year.

Tee made some very good athletic plays and really started to come on towards end of season, inforget which game I think uscjr or citedal he had +100 receiving yards and everytime he saw the ball his way he seemed to make a great play. He is going to be one of the best WRs we have seen in awhile. Also the large drop in passing offense didn't help him much either. This year now that Cain left he will really showcase why he was a 5 star and prob the best WR in the 17 class. Go Tigers!!

I'd rather have an elite player at one sport

Than 2 decent players at 2 sports.
Do you realize how much football training time would be missed because of basketball?

Can't wait to see Tee on the field this coming season, got a great feeling he is going to do BIG things. If we get our passing game back to where it was years past Tee will be a all American I'd bet 100 on it Go Tigers!!!
