Ours was even less targeting. Our defender got his head all the way around and lead with the shoulder.

guy's looked even worse...

They need to fix the targeting rule ASAP.

There needs to be some sort of discretion where the contact is incidental, caused by the offensive player, or not malicious. It's contrary to the purpose of the rule to keep blindly applying like they've been for the last 4+ years.
