It’s obvious that they can just choose whatever they want on this call.

If they went by letterforms the law then every play with every player could be considered targeting.

It’s disgusting and it’s ruining football.

Just like that bs call on roughing the passer last nig on tua.

The interpretation is horrendous. Auburn linebacker blows up UW running back, classic targeting, but it’s 3rd and 2 on critical 4th quarter drive. Crickets from the booth. Then they call ticky tack ones from the booth tonight. Needs to be a lot more consistent.

It’s completely out of control.

I just watched a LSU defender blitzing and hits the rb head on with his helmet. Clearly a much more violent hit the the one they kicked the Miami player out for. It’s ridiculous

It can't be called on every play. It's a pretty simple rule. Don't lead with the crow of the helmet and don't headhunt.
