Tale of two coaches

We took a flyer on Dabo and won big. We took a flyer on Brad and, needless to say, lightning did not strike twice.

Having a "just good enough to not get fired" coach is an AD's worst nightmare and dooms a program.

1)Dabo is not only the head coach ,but a manager. He lets his assistants coach.
2)Brad is the head coach but can his assistants coach? Can they call plays?
3)Dabo is a recruiter.
4)Brad ,IMO, has yet to prove he can recruit basketball players. The rub on Oliver Purnell was he could recruit athletes, but he couldn't recruit "basketball players". Oh, the player could run and gun with the best of them, but couldn't hit the broadside of a barn half the time, and let not talk about scoring droughts, and missed free throws, both of which have been obvious under Brad.
I like Brad, and had hopes for this season after the 9-1 start.
But now I don't know. Sure we can blame part of it on the recent Covid reports, but Covid wasn't around 2,3,or even 4 years ago.
I said last year I thought that this would be the make ,or break season. I still feel that way.
Make the dance, you get another chance. Miss the show, he's got to go.
And don't ask me who would replace him. I'm not the AD.
