Tailgate TV Help

Longtime reader and first time poster in need of some tailgate help here.

I am coming to the game this weekend but will be without my usual tailgater satellite. Has anyone used an AppleTV to stream ESPN3 with success? And in the interest of not losing my house to Verizon for data overage fees...is there a wifi I could hook up to around shotgun alley? Thanks for the help and go Tigers

Go buy a Roku or Firestick and download WatchESPN app.

Data plan beware.

Yes, we have used apple tv on Verizon. Works reasonably well. It freezes some and you have to "restart" it. I have no clue about data, used a friends phone and he has a large corporate account with Verizon.
